banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Calm down bro? That's like asking someone with OCD to stop obsessing.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 I posted a link to an article in the General thread yesterday. He probably won't be back until late July or early August. That's if things go well. This one... BAUTISTA NOT CLOSE Don't expect to see Jose Bautista any time soon. The Jays slugger remains in a walking boot after suffering a turf toe injury on his left foot on June 16 in Philadelphia. "He is feeling better but it's going to be a while," Gibbons said during his media availability on Friday morning. "(The Jays) miss him. You won't see him (for) a couple of (more) weeks." So Bautista is out until after the all-star break (July 11-14)? "I definitely would think that," Gibbons said, "unless I am getting bad info." Bautista is eligible to be activated from the 15-day disabled list this weekend, but it appears that won't be happening. The Jays had hoped that Bautista would be able to shed the boot on or around July 1. Bautista will require some rehab and strength conditioning once he is physically cleared. Prior to being hurt when he crashed into the right-field fence in Philly, Bautista was batting .230 with 12 home runs and 41 RBIs, and had a team-high 48 walks. Since Bautista was hurt, the Jays have gone 5-8.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Smoak position of a power corner 1b/dhbat should be the easiest to fill. Many aging guys around Saunders new role next year.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Hey Spank, you need to STFU already. lol
nextyear Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 It's not sold out? I read somewhere that almost all weekend games have been sold out Pat or Buck said it was 45K and something.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Pat or Buck said it was 45K and something. Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't attendance different than tickets sold? Attendance is how many tickets were scanned in right? Like the game could be sold but not everyone could have attended type of thing?
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 That's like asking someone with OCD to stop obsessing. Well, this is f***ing rich, coming from a sociopath on his 200th account.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 JD you frigggin BEAAAAAAAAAAAASTTTTTTTTTT
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 lol Don't include me in your little escapades for making a general, non statistically based comment. You call people dumb for that?

banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Well, this is f***ing rich, coming from a sociopath on his 200th account. So you are a doctor who can diagnose this? Didn't think so, as for 200th account, math is hard, it's my first. You clearly are an angry human, don't need a PHD to figure that out. Angry because your life has been inadequate maybe? Take it out on random peeps online lol, as sad as that is.

Like the game could be sold but not everyone could have attended type of thing? I am not sure. But I thought attendance was based on tickets sold. At least it is in the NHL where some teams are always listed as selling out even if there are empty seats.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 I was just about to say "why did you swing at that?''
frizzer1 Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Saunders new role next year. Unless Colabello comes back and can contribute.....but they have to replace Smoak
nextyear Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 After all star break Yes but based on the article he will need physical strengthening and rehab, and he is still in a foot boot.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Unless Colabello comes back and can contribute.....but they have to replace Smoak Don't know if Colabello will be back from his fact-finding mission to West Germany by then.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Smoak is in the books!! Who cares if it's off a positional player.
banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Yes but based on the article he will need physical strengthening and rehab, and he is still in a foot boot. Foot Boot? What did he do too his foot?
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Smoak needs to bat against catchers to not strike out.

I'm talking about MJ on the dumb part, really. I've given you 2 or 3 separate statistical reasons as to why average with RISP is lame.
