labadee Verified Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Sure lets give the top of the order another look at Sanchez
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 MYGOD - I have not posted hardly at all lately... just quietly following the goings on... Nothing to insulting has happened, nothing that great either. Until this.. holy s*** some guy just hit foul homerun. Now fair homerun next?? I don't think so... just Sanchez loads bases then s***** reliever comes in... This is kind of unintelligible, just saying.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Is he fired yet?? My god he needs to be fired exactly right now. Is Demarlo interim manager?? OMYGOD PLEASE FIRE HIM. I love Gibby but this is most unexplainable move ever. Been saying it since he was hired a second time. He is not an MLB manager. The only thing he is good for is being a likable person and the players like him.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Even if this works for us, it was dumb.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Frankly the job of the manager should effectively be "do no wrong", Gibby fails at this way too many times.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Not to mention facing the lineup the 4th time through the order lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Well, at least Sanchez did his part.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Wow good job Sanchez. Gibby is lucky that didn't backfire
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Even if this works for us, it was dumb. Agree. Not as bad as the infamous Arnold Leon v. Steven Souza, but really, really up there.
43211234 Verified Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Extend Gibby to a lifetime contact, he's on another managerial plane.
Olerud363 Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 what the actual f*** is going on right now. I am beyond confused Gibby is a genius.. we are all stupid?? I think that is what just happened.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Gibbons = Genius, suck it haterz!!!
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Agree. Not as bad as the infamous Arnold Leon v. Steven Souza, but really, really up there. Oh god, I so didn't need to be reminded of that.
Olerud363 Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Extend Gibby to a lifetime contact, he's on another managerial plane. Thanks. I had a moment of doubt or two but I just did not understand a mind like Gibbons. He does deserve credit for these bold moves.
bowld Verified Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 He still should have bunted to move the runners over. No excuse not to
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Regardless that Sanchez had a good eighth, how can Gibby defend Sanchez not bunting? The only thing he can say is that he didn't want Sanchez running the bases in case of a failed FC bunt. The chances of that happening were low, so if he uses this lame excuse, the more reasoning for him to be getting a pink slip shoved up his ass.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 This ump completely widens his zone when the pitcher is missing his spots. Pretty unconventional.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Possibly Tulo's last PA at Coors right there.
labadee Verified Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 0-2 after two pitches. This never happens with pillar.... And he swings st a pitch 3 feet off
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Pillar - 2 K's in a row on 7 pitches. Not one was in the zone.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 This umpire is truly abominable.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 I love how this ump is giving these generous calls to a pitcher with absolutely no command. Comical..
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 How many runs does Osuna give up? A) 0 Runs 1 Run C) 2 Runs D) 3 or more runs
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 GS for Thole incoming. Seems about right for this game
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
