Beltre is awesome.

 

kind of shows the respect that Bautista has for him too, I just think if that was Ian Desmond holding him back it wouldn't have went the same way.

Did anyone even care about Desmond's reaction to his go-ahead homerun? Because in the end that's what this is all about, a bat flip preceeded by a team s***ing the bed. Didn't see anyone from our dugout take offense to what Desmond did, rightfully so IMO, but Texas still goes out and has to take retaliation.

 

I was watching the Raps and missed that HR.

What did Beltre do?

 

Pretty much just bear hugged Bautista into calming down. Beltre is a Ranger but I doubt he condones Odor's suckerpunch. I bet a lot of the guys probably don't but, you know, teammates.

 

But I mean good for the Rangers who got back at the team who they humiliated themselves against last year by winning 3 out of 7 for the season.

Rays have their own issues.. they just lost Forsythe to an injury recently, aren't scoring, and Danny Valencia of the A's hit 3 HRs off their pitching today.

What is getting Bautista getting suspended for? Getting cold clocked?

 

80 games if it were up to me.:P actually the guy showed his true self there today.

Took a shot in the mouth,and allowed himself to be held from getting back into it.
