I'm a bit surprised that I'm the only person who took Price.

 

Tampa has been killing lefties this year. I did okay going with Maeda instead. Need a single from Goldschmidt to get a point. Need a huge night (32) to get back to back (I am assuming VDub also has Goldschmidt).

Bumgarner with a nice start. 3IP, 5k's and hasn't allowed a man on base.

 

GD still has an outside shot at the top 4.

 

...And Bumgarner strikes out the side in the 4th lol.

Yeah, there's no way he doesn't get into the top four now.

You could. That would be so crazy if GD ends up winning this on a 60+ point (pretty much perfect game) performance by Bumgarn. He's still 20 points behind but he would get 4 points for the win, 5 for a complete game shutout and another 5 for the no hitter.

Look for the e-mail invites sometime late tonight. Will probably just do a 10 person game with the standard scoring (top 3 in the points and last -1)

If someone could post the link when they join, i would appreciate it! 11 people, 10 BJMB pple and my 1 friend. She watches baseball, but has 0 fantasy experience. So she won't count for points. Ie; if by some miracle she comes first the next 3 people will get points and likewise if she comes last the person who comes 2nd last will get -1 points (much more likely)

Well, you only played twice. You're well versed in fantasy baseball...you'll do fine in this if you keep playing.

Going with Bundy and Price today. A little iffy on Bundy since he probably won't pitch for too long but at a 5000 price point it was too tempting.
