Turns out he's a Toronto guy. Sunk money into writing a book about his heckling...same time as the Real Estate crisis (which was his field). Bad combo and went broke. i sat one section over from the cowbell guy last year. He told us that he started bringing the cowbell to drown out the Happy Heckler

It just goes to show how poor the fan base in TB is. The heckler was easily heard and was the only loud person in the stadium. There are 100+ people like him at most ballparks but in TB he becomes a celebrity.

He was in a promo for an opening series against the Jays one year. He was doing a press conference heckling Ace and calling him "bird brain"...it was horribly awkward.
