Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Barry Davis The #BlueJays recall Ryan Tepera and option Pat Venditte.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Author Posted April 27, 2016 ******** move. Tepera suxx
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 ******** move. Tepera suxx Agreed though Tepera might be fresher. This is probably just a temporary move until someone better comes off the DL.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Good move to get rid of Venditte, he was beyond awful. Tepera is decent vs RHP so its not like he's a complete waste. Front office made a mistake sending down Girado for Hutch.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Why is Gibbons so in love with s***** players? Carrera, Tepera, Goins, Colabello. You can build an all scrub team just with the guys he likes.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Didn't realize how bad Tepera pitching in AAA. Doesn't even look like he deserve the promotion. Bullpen is a complete train wreck right now.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Bullpen is cause for concern

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Author Posted April 27, 2016 Gibbons isn't the one who decides who's on the roster. He tells the FO his opinion but ultimately its Atkins who is making the moves. False. Gibbons have the last word
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 This is just a temporary move to provide a fresh arm after last night's debacle. Tepera won't stick.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Author Posted April 27, 2016 This is just a temporary move to provide a fresh arm after last night's debacle. Tepera won't stick. Are you sure? Be prepared to see Tepera pitching in close games.
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 This is just a temporary move to provide a fresh arm after last night's debacle. Tepera won't stick. Well there's nobody worthwhile until Loup/Morales/Schultz get healthy. Maybe Girodo

Guy Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Cecil's velo down again, almost as bad as it was in 2012... I expect he will be s***** all year.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 You literally have no f***ing idea how this process works. Zero, nada. Stop cluttering the board with your assumptions. Wtf are you talking about. Its common f***ing knowledge that the GM has final say on roster moves.
Guy Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Wtf are you talking about. Its common f***ing knowledge that the GM has final say on roster moves. Fight! Fight! Fight!
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Well there's nobody worthwhile until Loup/Morales/Schultz get healthy. Maybe Girodo I think Girodo would only be available in a DL scenario due to the recent demotion.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Gibbons isn't the one who decides who's on the roster. He tells the FO his opinion but ultimately its Atkins who is making the moves. This is accurate technically as Atkins is ultimately responsible, but Gibbons has a ton of influence on the decisions. I think we've seen lots of evidence that supports that notion.

I think we've seen lots of evidence that supports that notion. Well its Atkins fault for putting too much stock in the manager then. We saw AA make moves based on what he thought was best and not the manager. Its a managers job to manage the players. There's a reason why managers/coaches are horrible GMs across sports
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Ryan Tepera...not the hero we want, but the hero we deserve. Why didn't we try to sign Lowe? Then again Gibby misused him horribly might have been a waste anyway.

Statman Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 When I was at the A's game, Venditte was dry humped twice by Gibbons in one game.

KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 I'm surprised Tepera doesn't have a mean-spirited nickname yet. Trashpera? Despaira? Ryan "the white flag" Tepera?
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 ******** move. Tepera suxx How about this. They both suck and this won't mean a damn bit of anything. How about this. The players...the ones that are actually core pieces and mean something, need to stop s***ing the bed and start f***ing getting it done. How about that!
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Well its Atkins fault for putting too much stock in the manager then.
