They probably see Floyd as most likely to take a starting spot when Sanchez is moved to the pen though. They might want longer outings. But still yeah he's better... Hmmmm

Apparently if they go with a spot start the likely guy will be Hutch. Floyd and Chavez aren't stretched out enough.

Hard to say can't really call hutch up then send him back down i am pretty sure he would not have any options left. Thought it was his last one(could be wrong).

He can be sent up and down as much as the team wants this year. Options are good for the entire season.

if he's already been sent down his option is used for the year regardless so he can come back up and get sent down with no change in options
