o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I don't think he does, although he should be on the 25 man taking Carrera's AB's while Pompey develops some more. keeping a s***** player just because they don't have options is stupid management.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Bring Osuna in for the 6 out save
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Osuna better be ready to go. f*** this bullpen
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Storen is straight tash. I miss Revere. He was fun.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 Blowpen strikes again...coupled with a terrible pitch call...no need to go inside (was a bad pitch though) to Tex
nmrch Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Storen at 92mph is useless, should be relegated to lower leverage situations against righties only until the velocity comes back
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 f*** is that the wave I hear Tex pissed straight into the wave and shut the crowd up
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Storen is straight tash. I miss Revere. He was fun. 92 mph meatballs right down the middle. Even his "good" appearances involve plenty of hard contact.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Storen is straight tash. I miss Revere. He was fun. He's on the DL BTW and not currently playing for the Nats.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 fastball is still down in velocity
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 This team is one good bullpen arm away from being a legit contender IMO
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Tex pissed straight into the wave and shut the crowd up Teix message to all the bitches glued to their phones.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Great movement on some of Storen's stuff here.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Teix message to all the bitches glued to their phones. like they'd know anything happened.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Yeah good point. I went on a good run last year betting on Cubs, Dodgers and Astro's games when Arrieta, Kershaw, Keuchel were pitching, usually safe bets. You're usually giving up at least - 200 straight up on those types of plays though. Sometimes it's worth parlaying two of those types to bring the odds to even.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Tex pissed straight into the wave and shut the crowd up The wave is one of the lamest things at a sporting event. Seems to be a big crowd pleaser in Canada for some odd reason.
Statman Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 With the velocity way down on his fastball and slider, Revere might be the better asset.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 can we please get that run back... a couple more even?
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 With the velocity way down on his fastball and slider, Revere might be the better asset. From everything I've seen of Storen since the beginning of Spring, I'd tend to agree.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Fantasy so far: Happ W Happ QS Pineda QS Cecil Hdlz Storen Hdlz Osuna Save?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 Need to add on a run or 2 here...Come on Blue Jays!!!!!!!!!!!!!
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 The slider looks good. Problem is when the FB is only 92 he doesn't have enough velo to blow it by hitters.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 With the velocity way down on his fastball and slider, Revere might be the better asset. Meh. We only have Osuna and Cecil that are reliable in the bullpen. I'd rather have Storen than Revere.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 can we please get that run back... a couple more even? but then we wont be able to improve our one run record... that's what really matters
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 You're usually giving up at least - 200 straight up on those types of plays though. Sometimes it's worth parlaying two of those types to bring the odds to even. So bet on another game and instead of winning only $25 on a $50 bet you could win an extra $20 on that original bet + whatever other one you get (hopefully the right pick)
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Are Martinez and Tabler trying to make Shulman look bad. Hes had some absolute great one liners tonight with no response.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 The wave is one of the lamest things at a sporting event. Seems to be a big crowd pleaser in Canada for some odd reason. I hate doing the wave, but when I take a date out to the game I look like a no-fun mr. serious dude not participating. It's for kids/casuals, so I let it slide and grudgingly participate.
