At times I get stressed watching baseball in a pennant race, want them to win so bad, but then I remind myself we waited 20 years for this. Try to enjoy this while it lasts, such a pleasure to watch a team with guys like Donaldson, Tulo, etc.....

there is no f***ing way I'd be driving over one of those bridges to get a game. Although my buddy was at work today so it's possible to make it to the stadium

hope the jays fans that are down for the weekend have a close commute to the game. lol it'll be more jays fans than rays fans for sure, but that's not saying much.

no I didn't. some really good olive oil instead of the sauce. there are some tomato slices under there somewhere lol

Only kidding with ya. That's a nice super thick lookin' crust. Still.. if we lose I blame your choice of eating pizza. Pizza has at least a two week ban after pizza night.

I made my pizza on Wednesday but I didn't bother posting it. I'm new at making my own dough and I used way too much. Was like eating a pizza on top of a loaf of bread. Not something I needed to document and share with the world. Tasted great though so I'll just split the dough next time and have enough for two pizzas.

my recipe is 3.5 cups of flour and that makes 5 personal size pizzas.

 

Do you have a baking stone?

 

 

edit: and you can freeze the dough if you want. let it rise and punch it down a couple times and then freeze in a proper thick freezer bag. it will keep for a month.

 

if you use a tomato sauce you can portion that and freeze as well.

I had mozzarella that had to get used up. I don't like it after it's been frozen. Had the mushrooms and fresh pepperoni as well. been planning on making it for 2 weeks. lol
