Why would they drop the appeal on a day when Thole is in the lineup. So f'ing stupid.

 

Perhaps Donaldson has to DH today, perhaps Edwin is hurt. Many possible explanations.

Of course I wouldn't but I'm not a defending MVP either am I? To think that this would mean as much to Donaldson as it would to you or me is absurd. Think about it don't just post something stupid.

Eh. Marco Estrada seemed pretty bummed out that he couldn't pitch. I think these players worked their bums to be here at this point and probably really want to play here. He took off from the Home Run Derby and he gets 3 days after. I don't thin 3-4 innings are that bad for him tbh, he's not gonna play with the same intensity

Baseball teams should run their businesses like farmers do. You don't get too high (or spend like a drunken sailor) during the good times and you don't get too low during the bad times. Even keel.

Never heard of a World Series of Farming before. I bet if there was one, the competitive juices would start flowing and they'd all be trying to get the finest tractors money could buy to one up the competition.

Yea, it was so cheap of them to sign Estrada and Happ over going for the more proven ace in Price.

 

I want to see what happens this off-season. This off-season will tell me a lot with all the FA's we have.
