Yeah, if they have no MLB time they can be claimed on waivers when they're dropped. Once they clear waivers they're ineligible for the draft.

This question really should be answered. I am in agreement with a deal with Connor based on his 2019 standings position. If the 2021 draft is going to be solely on his 2020 standings I am taking way more risk. I will honour the deal regardless but I think we should at least have an idea that it will be a mixture of the two

It’s going to be some form of weighted lottery that includes the 2019 and 2020 bottom-feeders. I haven’t thought enough about it to give the weights yet though.
