burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Your point is well taken that the cost is high but that contracted player when signed and resides in Toronto for 6 months is making 30% on his expenses so actually Estrada is pretty smart. An MLB player really doesn't have much of any expenses in the MLB city they live in. I thought this initially but they pay maybe 50-60 K in living expenses. All the big time players get free meals wherever they eat anyway so really its just they're rent they pay for.

wamco Verified Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Why is Canadian pizza so bad?
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Why is Canadian pizza so bad? What you don't like pineapple on your pizza?
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Why is Canadian pizza so bad? Come to the Soo, best pizza in Canada. Pizza Hut has opened and closed 3 times, we don't go for that generic s***. Much of the city is Italian.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Why is Canadian pizza so bad? What does that even mean? Every country has good pizza and bad pizza. You must be only going to the shittiest pizza places in Canada.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 What you don't like pineapple on your pizza? That's Hawaiian. Didn't realize Hawaii was in Canada.

Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 I like Pizza Hut. Their grease-soaked crust is delicious. Your the worst...... Santa Lucia or Homemade.

King Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Your the worst...... Santa Lucia or Homemade. I like Romana's Pizza, in brandon
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 I like Romana's Pizza, in brandon Also a great choice. I usually go with there pitas though..... They are f***ing huge.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 I like Pizza Hut. Their grease-soaked crust is delicious. Pizza Hut isn't good pizza per say but that doesn't mean one can't enjoy it. As big chain junk food pizzas go, one can do a lot worse.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 My favorite part about eating pizza is the dip. I don't taste the pizza tbh.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 I live pretty close to a place that was on "you gotta eat here" with that annoying, nerdy, Canadian Guy Fieri. Mickey's Pizza. It's actually pretty incredible.

Mickey's Pizza. It's actually pretty incredible. There's a German place near-ish to me that was on that show and oh boy, you really do have to eat there. Middle of but-f*** nowhere rural New Brunswick, impossible to find without a map and amazing. Has been running for years without any visibility and basically zero chance of walk-in traffic in one of the least populous corners of the country. You just have to know and if you do, you'll support it. It's a solid 2 hour drive to nowhere for me but I make it at least once a year.

KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 It's all about the hot sauce. Pictou County pizza with donair sauce is the only acceptable pizza/dip combination.
Laika Community Moderator Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 I like to buy Pizza Pizza garlic dips from the grocery store and just spread it on my white toast in the morning
