f*** AA

Honestly we had a good run this past 3 months and he leaves on a high note to get big money elsewhere

Dude was here for 6 years guys and we made it once and almost zero until rogers let him collect big time players (tulo, price)

He made the playoffs with a top 10 payroll, hes not a friedman

So clearly money and term are not the issue. AA doesn't even seem to dislike Shapiro as a person, it's just a clash of philosophy. Why then the rush to make a decision - does he have something else in his pocket?

He said he had to make a decision by Wednesday afternoon, so thats the deadline.

His stock will never be higher. Its pretty good timing if he wants to cash out on this wave of success.

That actually prompted me to research it. Apparently it comes from a character who was named after milk toast so it comes full circle.

That's pretty funny....what I'm hearing of AA's comments they are very "milquetoast".....as expected.

Taking high road....not cratering anything with anyone. About what Id expect from AA. Props.

exactly. not worried about AAs employment options elsewhere one iota

I'm excited for this off season. Who else? :D:). I'm hoping for some Dan Duquette rumours. Not that I want him, I don't. I just enjoy seeing Baltimore fans piss themselves.

I did hear that, but I'm wondering whose deadline this is - the Jays or another offer AA may or may not have?
