Just look at it when he's not wearing a hat. He might have better hair than me...

Looks like Ten-era Eddie Vedder.

Matz and Wheeler should embrace the flow. I don't think Harvey would look particularly good with long hair unless he loses some weight.

carrying the extra weight of the long hair would wear on the innings Harvey should pitch, so I don't think his agent would allow it.

Matt Harvey looks like your typical late 20s guy with a 15-pound beer gut and a gym membership he never uses. So me.

He was in much better shape during his breakout season. He really let himself go during the TJS recovery.

I can't I'm nearly bald. I'm jealous of Homer Simpson's hair.

For some reason all I thought of was when Marge was losing her hair and Homer said he'd teach her how to comb it over so no one can tell...

In a hat the guy looks kind of twerpish. Take it off, let the hair flow, and he's basically Val Kilmer. Holy.

Creepy s*** on SN right now. Mets lost the 1st game in 1986 by 1, lost the second game in 1986 by 6 and won the 3rd game in 1986 by 6. Exact same thing this year.

And jesus Yost sounds like such a prick in the majority of interviews.

I don't dislike Hosmer enough to want to see him Bucknor one.

Lol Thor just basically admitted to throwing at Escobar's head on the first pitch. Doubt there will be fireworks this time of year, but who knows, KC has done stupider things in the past.

Syndergaard: "If they have a problem w/ me throwing inside, they can meet me 60 feet 6 inches away"

Just saw the interview, loved it LOL. As if I couldn't love Thor more at this point.

If Ventura did that and said that people would lose their s***. Still hate Ventura, but since it's Thor it's badass.

The difference is that Thor doesn't go around looking for trouble with opposing players like Ventura did all season. That's why he's a badass.

Except Thor would just pound the living s*** out of anyone who came at him, while the KC staff does the "hold me back bro" with 10 of a his teammates in between them. Ventura throwing inside isnt why people here cant stand him

The Great Thor is simply giving it back to this year's bullies. Have we forgotten all the s*** they pulled off all year?

It's about time another God stood up to the Baseball Gods, they've f***ing favoured the Royals for 2 years now.

Luck has turned and Mets are winning this series. Noah beating them at their own game last night. He made some adjustments during the game (much like Price did in game 6) that were very effective. I look to Mets starters to bounce back in their 2nd time around.

Thor's pitch wasn't head hunting, not in the Royals sense anyways. The ball was head high and a bit in, but not that far inside to hit him in the head. If you watch the replay, Escobar could have maintained his normal batting stance and the ball would have missed him.

It was exactly what they wanted to do - give him one up and in to back him off.

Hilarious that the Royals, the most notorious head-hunting team in MLB are bitching about this.

Lest we forget how many times s*** like this happened this year:

STFU Royals.

It is absolutely f***ing ridiculous that Yost is complaining about Syndergaard's first pitch. Edited by thatoneguy
