Yeah I think the Mets are done. Their offense is not as good as the Royals. Basically it all comes down to their starters now. Every start has to be 7+ innings of 1-3 ER max to stand a chance against these guys.

 

Ironically, I think the only team that could've stopped them is the Jays

but outside the lines, he is a son, a husband and as much as he is douche between the lines, i can't imagine what's he's going thru now outside the lines;

I didn't have a problem with you posting it. It was just weird that someone would take a pic of Volquez in such a private moment and then would go post it on the net. It kinda sucks for him.

Does anyone actually enjoy watching a lucky team fluke a bunch of singles together? I can't imagine a more boring brand of baseball.

 

You're right. Good hitters making contact, rarely striking out, finding holes in the defense, driving in runs with runner's in scoring position, often with two strikes or two outs. Awfully boring baseball. Then it is also boring to watch a dominant bullpen shut down everything after the 7th. Boring also includes watching the Royals play defense catching about everything that comes their way. They have been doing this for the last two years. There is nothing flukey about what they are doing. I guess you don't like watching winning baseball.
