It means that if the Jays lose, and the protest is ruled in the Jays favor they have to replay the game from the point just below the wrong call.

 

But the protest won't go in the Jays favor since the call is right. If the Jays win the protest doesn't even happen

All time outs on plays that are reversed become a judgement call. I'll post the wording of the rule in a minute.
