  1. I believe the actual prospect comparison for Bateman was a LH Miles Straw
  2. Told the return is OF Brett Bateman and INF Ty Southisene.
  3. Looks like Gausman to the cubs
  4. Breakout 2025 pick: Ryan Sprock, C/IF/OF, pick 239 ... Sprock was an OBP machine at Elon University, playing mostly third base, and he’s kept that up in pro ball. He was recently named Florida State League Player of the Month for June, putting up big offensive numbers while splitting time between catcher, third base and occasionally the outfield. Sprock also pitched in college, so the idea of putting his arm behind the plate is an intriguing one.
  5. Looks like Leo getting traded to the Marlins
  6. Luis Robert jr. To the mets
  7. Bichettes defense might play well at first🤷🏻‍♂️
  8. Some rumours of Bichette to Mets for 3 yr deal 3 yrs 126mill🫣

  10. Free-agent reliever Tyler Rogers in agreement with Blue Jays on three-year, $37M contract with vesting option, source tells @TheAthletic. Value with option is $48M.
  11. Ponce 3 yrs with Jays
  12. Opt in with an extension to follow?
  13. Santander should have a bounce back. The trying to hard for a new team then the injuries was probably his downfall
  14. Springer was going on the pitch, his knee and side problems was not gonna let him get to second, was expecting Vlad to be swinging if it was a strike
  15. Should not have been intentionally walking Ohtani all series… should of been pitching him inside and plunking him in the hands a few times
  16. Go get em tomorrow… if the ball doesn’t lodge, Straw was scoring and Barger probably on 3rd with no outs
  17. Fans need to get on Yamo hard, be a crazy atmosphere from ceremonial pitch till the last out from Hoffman. Make it so he cant even hear the pitch comm
  18. Just no consistency to the strike zone at all from these umps from pitch to pitch … inning to inning.
  19. World Series umps with terrible strike zones making the hitters expand and swing at stuff the normally would not
  20. Varsho was a MLB catcher his first couple seasons. In an absolute emergency situation you could always put Straw in center and Varsho behind the plate
  21. Can anyone on Detroit hit an off speed pitch?
  22. The slow trot is probably to show up the ump or other team…. Be interesting to see the whole at bat
