Most definitely. I'm sure they've already signed more than the 28 were aware of... They just haven't been announced. I do think they've spent the vast majority of their cap space though.

Even without Vlad, the depth in our system is tremendous. There's good prospects to follow at basically all levels of the farm. You can look at any prospect in our Top 30 and can make a case for them to be interesting.

Vlad is staying up when he get the call. Highly doubt they're gonna yo-yo a top prospect like him between AAA and the majors.
