My brother and I used to go to as many games as we could. you could buy tickets at Jean Coutou (Shopper's) and they were half price if you bought a LIfe brand product at the same time. So single cans of Life Cola were 45 cents and our tickets would be less than 10.00. There would be no one there. We'd move way down after the second inning. No one cared.

Vancouver didn't succeed with an NBA team so I am not sure if it would with a MLB team.

 

Montreal is a good baseball city. One of the biggest problems is getting a new baseball stadium built. The Big O just isn't a pleasant place to watch baseball.
