Buehrle sounded pretty pissed he got his spot skipped in NY

More frustrated and disappointed than pissed I thought. Which is no Suprise for steady Eddy. He is always going to want the ball. He also mentioned innings and age.

I'm not worried as long as our pitching keeps it close (at least there is no Hutch/Buehrle to worry about). It was the back end pen guys that allowed it to get blown open... I think hitting wise in many ways we were just unlucky in regards to GIDP's, those Green monster singles, etc. (although Tulo and Martin really needs to find their consistency very soon, those two I AM concerned about)

And the Yanks didn't look too hot themselves with their own issues (injuries, overworked pen, etc), so I'm still pretty optimistic with our chances to end this coming series with at least a split.

Let's hope. I have my post season tix. I don't want them to be turned into season passes.

Hello again. Your offense is stumbling along. You've only scored more than 5 runs once in the lat 9 games!

Hola! Como estas?

Can't see the Yankees going full Jack Z and signing Chris Davis to play the OF. Edited by L54

I'm assuming you mean Yankees. And I do believe yanks will sign him. They can play him at 1B/DH after Arod/Tex/Beltran are gone in 2017. Yeah it will be a struggle to find him a good position for 2016, but he fits right into the Yanks roster 2017 and beyond.

EDIT: just checked and wow Arod is signed through 2017! Lol jesus

5-4 in those 9 games. If that's what's considered struggling then I am happy with it.

Best is Pujols. Six more years and he'll be 36 next year. Averaging like $27.5M/year. Plus his $10M/10year coaching salary.

I don't think the Yankees are keen on taking anymore contracts THAT long-term. Chris Davis fits in my opinion. Or someone like Nelson Cruz.

lol at Davis in RF or LF. Thats a worse decision than Collabello in LF. Yanks will not sign Davis unless Tex or Arod is moved as they occupy 1B and DH, it just doesnt make sense
