Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Hey Guys, new member here but I have followed the board for quite a while. Have grown up a diehard Jays fan on the East Coast but just moved to Toronto 2 weeks ago. As soon as I knew I was moving I jumped on the 6 Flex Pack. Anyway long story short kind of a newbie to the Rogers Centre itself. Ended up with Section 244 Row 3 (right next to the flight deck) for the playoffs. Are these decent seats in your guys opinions? I'd most likely looking to be going to the whole WC/ALDS and then either Half or 3/4 of ALCS and WS to cancel out some expenses. Anyone have an estimate as to how much one could get for 2 tickets to say Game 4 of the ALCS with value of $280 for the two tickets originally. Then also say Game 2 of the World Series with value of $540? Thanks in advance. Yeah those seats are pretty good in my opinion. Only problem is you probably won't be able to see the jumbotron. Gotta take whatever seats you can get though. My playoff seats are actually right underneath yours in the 100 level!

Ya..been to a few of my flex pack games thus far and those were all 100 outfield behind the opponents dugouts so like 108, 105 etc. It wasn't giving me any 100 level whatsoever this morning and I almost settled on 524 which I sat up on the weekend and didn't mind. Rolled the dice again and thought 244 looked nice and when I saw row 3 I had to pull the trigger. Like the view from the outfield and don't mind the loss of the jumbotron too badly, so as you said just happy to have tickets to Jays playoff baseball.

LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 After I complained yesterday about the 6 pack holders getting better seats I received a call this morning from the Blue Jays and they gave me a chance to upgrade. Just upgraded from 104L row 6 to 113A row 11. Im pumped For those who may be looking to do the same I would suggest emailing your ticket rep. My 104's are now available

AdamLindsMom Verified Member Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I posted this in another thread but got no help. Figured I'd try here. How do you get your tickets in PDF from your "MyBlueJays Ticket Management"? If you choose transfer does it email them as PDF? Or do you go to print at home and then print to PDF?

Go to print at home and click on the tickets to "print".Then it will appear as PDF page and that's when you'll be able save them on your computer.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 thx Delaballs edit: wrong thread

OK thanks. I was worried they would just print and then not allow you to print again so you wouldn't have multiple copies of the same ticket. Not that I want multiple copies, just easier to sell as pdf's.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 My ticket executive got back to me and said along the lines: "Unfortunately we cannot relocate your seats but I hope you will have an awesome time watching October baseball!!!!"
Jonzo Verified Member Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Question to you guys if youve used Stubhub.. Do I need to sell tickets as Paper Tickets, or PDF tickets? I think the only option in the Bluejays ticket interface is transfer to EMAIL, or Print. Is printing to PDF considered OK for Stubhub? I know they're picky as to what they consider a "PDF". For example, you cant just scan paper tickets and then sell them as PDFs.

AdamLindsMom Verified Member Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I just got the email about terms and conditions of the playoff tickets. Found this interesting: Toronto Blue Jays Full Season Ticket Holders and Flex Pack Purchasers will have the amount paid by them hereunder on account of Tickets for unplayed Postseason Home Game Tickets credited towards their 2016 season tickets or flex pack purchase, as applicable. Any full season ticket holder or flex pack purchaser that requires a refund must contact his/her account representative before 5:00 p.m. on November 13, 2015. All monies will be refunded to the person or entity named on the Ticket Account via the same pay method, So even if the Jays go out in say the wild card game they 're still going to go ahead and charge me $6,000 and I have to contact my account rep (i've never been advised who that is!!!) by November 13 or they keep my $6,000 that can only be used as credit towards future tickets. I'm sure they'll have tons of capacity to be taking thousands and thousands of requests in such a short time period.
AdamLindsMom Verified Member Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I bought a $650 flex pack this year and they're going to apply thousands towards my next years.

You dont' do this for stubhub - you do this if you want to give it to your friends directly. What you should do is pick print. It will give you a PDF, which you will upload through stubhub.

Those refunds only apply to unplayed games within a particular series. So for example, if the Jays are in the World Series, you will have paid for 4 (home) games. If the series is swept in the first 4 games, you will be refunded for the two remaining games that did not end up being played. You will not be charged for World Series tickets if the Jays get bounced in the first round. There are ticket payments due on Sep 28, Oct 12, and Oct 24. If the Jays do not advance past the first round, the Oct 12 and 24 payments will be canceled. If the Jays get eliminated in the ALCS, the Oct 24 payment will be canceled. I have spoken to my account manager to clarify about this.

Stive Verified Member Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I know this topic has been discussed to death, but those of us with our presale tomorrow. Do we just log in at 9:45 and see the ticket option and click it at 10? Or does a new link appear at 10 o'clock. Hoping I have luck. Only going for 500 level, so I'm hopeful. Thanks
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Still hoping for tickets for games 1 and 2 of ALDS Can anyone help a guy out?
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I'm pretty much set on selling my portion of tickets for the entire post season, but its going to be for the highest bidder here ;x
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Wonder what the upper bowl market will look like. At the Raptors peak a few years back against Brooklyn.. upper bowls maxed out around 150$ in the secondary market. Tough call. Jays are more popular but there is so much more supply. I expect to pay like 120-130.
