Also, as good as Schultz has been, he's now only pitched 5 fewer innings than Brett Cecil, who was trusted to be the closer coming into the year.

IMO-The Jays should bring Thole back to catch Dickeys games.

To me,it seems they won more games,or had better luck,and when Thole would get a hit,it would almost always mean an automatic win.

Martins slump could be attributed to having to catch the knuckler once every five days-just sayin.

the way it setup right now, I really like the way Osuna has been throwing, what Schultzy’s done, he’s really come on fast so he’s been pitching a little bit later in the game. You’ve got the swing guys, Cecil and Loup and Delabar. I like those two guys late. Osuna and Schultz right now. Hendricks is basically the long guy right now.

I think the biggest mistake was hiring JPRs assistant. Really that allowed a continuity to poor decision making to continue. Going back to 2002, things could have gone very differently for this franchise.
