Most of our bullpen are failed starters. I guess Loup isn't as far as I know.

 

They aren't stretched out though.

Well yeah, but most relievers should be able to throw something like 30-35 pitches, which unless an implosion happens in between should be at least 2 innings.

Loup hasn't started since college where he posted a 5.66 ERA his draft year.

 

That's what I meant. He was pretty much drafted and developed as a reliever.
