... and they don't even use The Beatles song which would be the only semi-justifiable reason to run with that slogan in the first place.

I don't think Stadium Love was ever a slogan. It was the theme song one year though.

I still think this would make an awesome Canadiana theme song for the Blue Jays one year

Why do Toronto teams love corny slogans? We the north? Love this team? Toronto is the laughing stock of North American sports.

Better than "Stadium Love".

Was about to post this word for word. Even if it wasn't the slogan, anything that signifies its expiry is better than what we used to have.

Still really s***** though.

I think its terrible. When people chant it I just want to walk away and not be embarassed.

Why? What's so embarrassing about it?

I'd agree. I can't really pinpoint it but really any type of pandering to Canadian patriotism is super lame.

Raptors should move to the WNBA then they can use the slogan "Clever Girls".

They got to kiss ass, after all it's not like they got themselves a super team during the off season.

I just think it sounds corny. Can't find it but there was a video of fans doing it in the concourse of the Cleveland arena and it just seemed amateur.

It does sound corny, I can't stand it. I can still picture the thugged out teenagers being interviewed at Maple Leaf square during the playoffs last year and getting all up in the cameraman's business with the slogan.

Also there are like three other US cities that are further north than Toronto so it's not even accurate.

We The North isn't just for the city of Toronto, it represents how the whole country is in suppport of the Raptors.
