Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Call me crazy but I'm not willing to give a guy with less than one season under his belt "ace" status. But you're willing to give it to Ubaldo or Keuchel?

BTS Community Moderator Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Stephen Vogt is a catcher with a 204 wRC+ into mid-May.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Homer #9 for Vogt. And the Red Sox in a big hole already.. and considering it's a lefty and the struggles with their offense, the A's have a good shot at winning this if they can hit Masterson a little more..

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Masterson is once again trash, now down 5-0 after giving up a HR to Reddick, sending his ERA over 6... and they need innings from him, with only Steven Wright really available to give innings and the rest of the bullpen needing rest after throwing 6 innings last night, including extras. And speaking of that, here comes Steven Wright..

intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Wow, I did not realize the A's were 12-22. Huh. Wow. I was under the impression they were keeping themselves afloat. It seems I need to pay more attention.

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 I dropped Ethier for Ryan Madson 14 teams league. 5-5 today with a dinger

The Yankees hitting has been quite a bit better than I expected.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Yeah I expected regression from CC and a poor showing from their offense. But their pitching has provided enough for them so far and they have that elite BP.
