Everyone thinks that, well, except the guys I've met.

Met you and thought you were 60

Well s***... We're practically the same age. Your vocabulary of old English expressions fooled me into thinking you were older.

Sheeeeit, I caught most of it in Europe, especially in Brummy land. In London I hardly picked up their accent, but slang, awww yeah.

Wandy has been released.

I'd bring him in on a minor league contract if he wanted to pitch in AAA and be starting depth.

I'll take anyone on a minor league contract, but I think this may be the point in his career where we can stop pretending that he has anything left to contribute.

He was actually serviceable last year and would be a massive upgrade on any other MiLB depth options currently in the system

Yeah this would seem to fit pretty well given Shapiro's stated concerns with lack of talent in the high minors and lack of depth (which ultimately just might be two ways of expressing the same concern).

He's pitched really well last season, he's certainly viable on the cheap.

This. It's nice to have a decent starter that you're able to call up have start a few games. He was average for about 15 starts in Texas last year. I just figured he'd be a better option than the Doubronts and Copelands we've been running out there.

Jays could do a lot worse than Wandy on a minor league deal. If he's ok with starting the year in Buffalo, then it's a no brainer. Do it.

My god this offseason had been boring. Almost December and we've had the Simmons trade, a few guys accept their QO, and the Estrada signing.

Who at the beginning of the season was it that said Doubrant was on par with Estrada? Boxcar? Atothe? I cant remember, I laughed at the time though.....

Doubront had good peripherals. I wouldn't be surprised if he finds success as a top reliever somewhere. I learned a lot about Estrada's skills this year. That babip was extremely low though

Chavez, Kimbrel. Things are going to go off soon I can feel it.
