Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Cutch is so friggen good. Future HOFer Hey Lettheballfly doesn't like him so he can't be be
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Just saw the AL west standing. Honestly I don't see how Astros are going to stop the Angels from winning that division. I can see the Astros finishing the year at .500 and out of the wild card
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Finally watched the D-Backs/Reds walkoff.. Bryan Price is an idiot. He'll be fired by season's end anyway. Winning run would've scored anyway no matter what, as no one was even close to catching that ball.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 So what do you guys think? a Blue Jays v Mets world series? i feel like these are the 2 teams that will meet in the WS.

Zero chance of that happening. Cards, Dodgers. Pirates or Cubs will crush the Mets in the playoffs. After all, the Mets are currently the worst of the division leaders right now. Pirates and Cubs, the wild card teams, have better records than the Mets. And the Nats are in the same boat..

L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Jays getting love on Sunday Night Baseball
Muck Bartinez Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I knew Mattingly's glasses looked familiar...
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 They showed 2 Jays fans at the Pirates-Dodgers game. They're everywhere!
BlueBirdBro Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 They've spent the entire top of the 7th talking Jays. Awesome.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Jays getting love on Sunday Night Baseball Well deserved. And they're saying we might win the East. Didn't say anything negative either.. and they weren't exactly cheering for the Yanks. The Yanks offense has really cratered this month (.221/.300/.368) as of yesterday, likely to drop further after today's performance. Yanks aren't getting any help from Ellsbury (who isn't hitting since he returned from the DL), Tex has struggled, A-Rod has struggled.. as a result, their scoring had disappeared. Not even their pitching can save them.. and considering the Indians just laid a shellacking of the Twins, the Yanks could be in for some trouble this week, as they head to Cleveland. And of course, they have us next weekend.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Well, the Dodgers pen just blew the lead.. $270M+ and they can't build a decent pen.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Why the f*** is Jim Johnson still in there?
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Jim Johnson suucks Can't believe the Dodgers just let him hang himself like that. Are they even awake?
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Why the f*** is Jim Johnson still in there? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 When you're the best team in your league, people talk about you It really is incredible. It's truly a great time to be a Jays fan.
BTS Community Moderator Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Can't believe the Dodgers just let him hang himself like that. Are they even awake? No idea. Howell was up and ready and Mattingly just left Johnosn out to dry vs. Walker and Polanco. Baez hasn't even been warming for some reason, and he should have faced Cutch.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I have never heard of Tony Watson yet he's been with the Pirates for 5 years?!
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Man, did Jim Johnson ever s*** the bed.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 The Pirates are such a likeable org. Definitely my favorite NL team.

L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Was just about to post this. Love the Buccos. So many dynamic players! Kang is looking like an absolute steal as well. Good for them, they took a risk in unchartered territory, and it's paying off.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 f*** yeah Dankey Kang! Love the Bucs, great fans and ballpark.
