Yep. Betances hasn't had consistent work in a while because of the Yankees being too far ahead or behind, leading to some rust.. plus he was due for regression sooner or later, especially when Girardi uses him for more than 3 outs to try to get a save.

 

All the Jays need to do is WIN tomorrow...

No, but he may well be soon if Boston doesn't show any improvement between now and the All-Star break. He's the only player that would get anything decent in a trade for Boston.

Hanley hit with a line drive right on his left hand, looked bad. Pedroia did something to his knee/leg round 1st base, also looked bad. He couldn't really put weight on it.

Cavani didn't like the butt hole tickle. lol it's the hockey rule, the ref only sees the retaliation.

Soccer is such an easy sport to dislike.

 

Footy is such an easy game to love. just watch The English league, the Dutch league or the german league.

 

stay away from the soap opera leagues. Spain, Mexico, Italy, France, any team from South or Central Americas and you're all good.
