The Sox rotation is just a bunch of shitballers right now. So awesome.

Boston's rotation pitch to contact................but EE, Bau and BringerOfRain love it that.

It's going to be a long season in Boston with that rotation.. better hope Owens, Ed. Rod, Johnson and Barnes develop quickly, because at least 1-2 of them will be in the rotation by the All-Star break.

In a dynasty league where he was only mlb eligible, where do you think he goes right now?

Top-15.

Most likely I'd say. I was curious is someone like JFAS would be more aggressive that that

I think he might go top-10 now that I think about it. Who goes ahead of him?

Trout

Cutch

Harper

Goldy

Stanton

Kershaw

Puig/Abreu/Tulo/Posey?

"Hear Chase Utley is easily attainable if you're willing to take on contract, which is an issue because of the money and defensive concerns"

Assuming you don't give up prospects and only money, would you take on Utley?

I would, although Utley's legs on turf is just a really bad idea, so it will never happen.

Toronto could think about breaking Devon Travis in as a 2B/LF. Spot Utley once or twice a week and then platoon a bit with Saunders in LF.

The question with Utley is health, so there's no reason to fear his vesting options. If they vest (500+ PA in previous season) it probably means that he's healthy. If he's not healthy then they won't vest.

But in response to that tweet - who the f*** has defensive concerns about Utley? I get that he's old, but he's still great by any measure.

Where should you draft Bryant in a redraft league?

His ADP in Yahoo is pretty low at 127. I'd take him after this year's biggest near-the-top value guys (Harper, CarGo, Votto) are gone. Their ADP's are 32, 49, and 63, respectively... so, say ~65th if you really want him. Even there there might not be a lot of room for profit though. Mookie Betts is going ~87th - you might want to just sandwich Mookie-Bryant-Soler-Heyward in your rankings somewhere in the early 70s, late 60s.

Draft 2010

Sanchez, Syndergaard, Wojciehowski, Nicolino, Nolin, Pompey and Bryant? Damn, good picks. Sucks that 3 of those guys were traded and Bryant didn't sign but that is a pretty solid draft overall.

Didn't even see him and forgot he went to the Marlins. I also hate playing the "should've, would've, could've" game, but realized this was the same draft that McGuire was picked over Sale.
