I'd throw in some decent pieces along with kmSanchez. Miley would slot right in as our #2 and would let the Jays put up with losing Buehrle or Dickey's guaranteed innings in a trade, freeing up salary relief.

Realistically, Miley is a #3-4 pitcher who will eat 200 innings for a fair $ value. I would love to have that kind of depth in the rotation which will be easy to move when the guys on the farm reach the majors for full time roles.
