jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Going for 0 and 4! Let's go jaysblue
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Brilliant! So the Yankees pitcher SSS sucks against left handed batters and we go and load up on Righties! Lol
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I see we are using next year's starting OF
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I see we are using next year's starting OF Almost Batista will be at 3rd!
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Yankees playoff spot watch continues
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 They appealed the suspension. lame, i wanted to see norris or someone hip
nextyear Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I think I will watch the whole game. It will be interesting to see Pompey at cf and Mayberry at 1st. I hope Mayberry works out on defence since he looks promising on offence.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 So a lineup full of RHB or switch hitters against a lefty... Let's see how this goes.
MrMariusz Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Win this one, if only to contribute to the Yankees not making the postseason.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 So Lind has back trouble again. Maybe if he actually worked on his core this wouldn't be an issue. Dude has a massive gut, no wonder he has back trouble.

Dude has a massive gut, no wonder he has back trouble. Hence why we would be wise to kiss him Goodbye! Nah na nah na, goodbye!
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 And so it begins.. Pompey starting in CF (and batting seventh) while Gose is on the bench.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Bob Stanley.. "It's too bad there are a lot of guys with not enough pride on this team"
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Pat.. "There hasn't been anybody better throwing on the run and jump throwing than Derek Jeter". What a f***ing moron.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 jays scored first which means they give up a couple now
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Seems the defence is always worse when Stroman is starting.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 This teams D is just the worst
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Only reason im watching this game is because Stroman is starting.
nextyear Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 And so it begins.. Pompey starting in CF (and batting seventh) while Gose is on the bench. Last night it looked like Gose didn't run out an infield grounder in the 9th that should have been a base hit. I wonder if that is why he is sitting? However, I would much rather see Pompey playing in cf.

nextyear Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 lhp... I didn't think about that. Is Gose significantly better against right handed pitchers?
nextyear Verified Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Navarro needs to take some serious conditioning during the off-season and hopefully learn to run.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Nothing like lining a ball of the pitcher, directly into a double play. Our luck has been so horrible lately (not that it really matters at this point).
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 lhp... The fact that Pompey starting the year in A ball and is now starting in CF over Gose is a statement, regardless if it's versus a LHP.

Our luck has been so horrible lately (not that it really matters at this point). We dont deserve any luck.According to Blue-Jay Central... Buerhle,Dickey, and Bob Stanley said, quite a few of the players attitudes really suck, and they quit trying/playing hard. They didnt use those words but it was clear.

If it was a RHP Gose would be playing and Pillar is out. Gibbons said Pompey will get a look for the rest of the season. Wow Blue Jays defence costs Stroman another run. Should of been 3 out with Jeter.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I never want to see Tolleson's face again.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
