Thought of another one: Infield fly rule is not scored as a sacrifice, SB or Fielder's choice. Took me awhile to find it, but I remembered this game from a few years ago.

I think defensive indifference could happen. If say you're well up in a game that might get shortened to rain and want to just speed things up by not holding runners at all.

GIDP was mentioned, but going a bit further with that you could theoretically score from third on a triple play if the last out was not a force out (runner oversliding or trying to advance on error and caught, etc)

As established eariler in the thread, defensive indifference gets scored as a fielder's choice so it's a moot point (also a Moogy point but that's besides the point).
