Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 That's how good teams score multiple runs an inning. With bloops and and shallow flyballs that shouldn't score runners? Are you serious?
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Lol at people saying we don't need another starter (if we want to make it in the playoffs) Happ can be good but he is too inconsistent.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Really don't get why Colby took that so flat footed... He basically gift wrapped a run there... Not that Happ is doing himself any favours by going 3-0 to very hitter this inning....
sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Time to go do something else. Season is long over. Not really a fan are you
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This is a bad baseball team fellas.

Not tha Happ is doing himself any fables by going 3-0 to very hitter this inning.... That was a very poor effort, Melky has the better arm but we can forgive that, but he planted his feet and then threw flat-footed? Wtf?
sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This is a bad baseball team fellas. No they aren't. I refuse to believe it.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Gose throws him out right there, Since Colby isn't hitting anyways, send him to BUffalo seriously...you have no idea what gose would have done....he doesn't exactly have the most accurate are in the world...that was a poor throw by rasmus...he's made good throws at times too, but that one was a bad one.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 With bloops and and shallow flyballs that shouldn't score runners? Are you serious? When the starter walks three in an inning, runs score. It's pretty much guaranteed even if he gets weak contact from the other hitters
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 I really hope we get to see the days of Stroman/Norris/Hutch/Sanchez/Nolin, and AA doesn't go all in (again) this year.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 With bloops and and shallow flyballs that shouldn't score runners? Are you serious? Referring to Jays 4th inning. Two hits no outs and they only end up with one run? Lind and Navarro grounding out on like 4 pitches total.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 No they aren't. I refuse to believe it. I think they're better than their current skid, but let's face it, they're playing some really bad baseball right now.
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This is more painful than getting a tooth extracted.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 seriously...you have no idea what gose would have done....he doesn't exactly have the most accurate are in the world...that was a poor throw by rasmus...he's made good throws at times too, but that one was a bad one. Take the homer hat off for once man. I get you are more positive than most on this board, but its an absolute extreme. These are grown men, being paid millions of dollars to play baseball. They don't need your back up on a Blue Jays message board every time they f*** up.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 When can we git rid of Happ...he is terrible every other game
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 seriously...you have no idea what gose would have done....he doesn't exactly have the most accurate are in the world...that was a poor throw by rasmus...he's made good throws at times too, but that one was a bad one. It's hardly unreasonable to think Gose makes that play. Gose has a great arm and the ball was not that deep.

sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Honestly i've been cheated on, fired, beat up, just about every pain one can imagine But this really really hurts
OtisNixonFan Verified Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 For Jenkins... Hardly an upgrade. Jenkins is human concede.

I was the first one to bitch about rasmus after his throw...go back in the thread....but it's not like gose is not prone to mistakes either...f*** me.

It's pretty much guaranteed even if he gets weak contact from the other hitters I don't disagree that the walks have been awful, but not every team manages to be as unlucky as us we are when hitting, in Bautista's sac fly he drilled a ball right at Hamilton, Pujols hit a weak flyball into no man's land, you can't say that one constitutes good hitting and the other doesn't (not that you're arguing otherwise).
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 by the time that happens, we'll have the worst offense in baseball. I hope that one day, The Toronto Blue Jays organization will employ an offense who doesn't live and die by the long ball.
