I don't think what you're asking will happen until he gets a shorter swing and gets use to that type of batting profile. He needs time and constant reminders.

with Gose's speed and lack of ability with the stick, I'm 100% sure he's had bunting shoved up his ass for 3-4 years. if he hasn't figured it out yet he's not going to.

Does no one else remember all his great sac bunts and bunt hits this year? I swear I only remember one bad one. And as I type this he fails one.

hit and run with Gose at the plate and Francisco at first. Genius.

Seriously, pretty stupid call there.

Gose swing miss and bunt miss numbers are ridiculous. Fransisco is probably the only jays with worse contact numbers.

Gose sucks at offense.

I remember but I think O2cui2i's point is he doesn't do it enough

Gibbons has to try to force things because the lineup has struggled. If Reyes and Melky were hot, he probably doesn't play hit and run.

So I wasn't watching live - was that infield hit legitimately an error? They can change the ruling mid-game if so. I remember the Mets appealed an infield hit once after the game once, though it was quickly denied.

Well I guess we can breathe a sigh of relief that was a solid enough hit

that first hit will be changed to an error now

OK at least now the no hitter didn't hinge on a Reyes throw.

and it doesn't matter anyways...........

But you can't say how the events of time-space might of changed if Reyes makes that play.

How many errors until AA realizes Reyes it a 2nd basemen?

Will he blow fewer plays at 2B? Are fewer balls hit to 2B than SS? (Honestly don't know re #2 but obviously that stat is probably well known)
