OTT's don't belong in the "off-topic" section, that's why they're CALLED "off-topic threads". It's for people that spend most of their time on this site in the main forum to discuss non-threadworthy things and hang around. They work on every other forum, but you're right. We can have a Rage/Vent thread, but we've got sticks shoved so far up our collective asses that a lounge thread is bad business and needs to be insta-locked.
