Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 The cubs have a smater offense than ours
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Well it was fun while it lasted. Welcome back 2013 Jays.
TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 They are pressing at the plate, relax, hope it turns around. Saw this as far back as the Cards series, they have tightened up, hope they can handle pressure if they want to be in a penant race.
DickeyJohnsonWang Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 hey, the jays have been hot and are in 1st, let's start going to the games!!! sellouts vs Cardinals, last game vs twins -- absolutely horrible displays. I guess our guys like playing in front of 15'000 more.
wardhenke1 Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 First and Third. No outs. 3,4 and 5 coming up. No f***ing runs. ********.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 The patience at the plate seems to have recently disappeared.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 4 shutouts in 5 games is s*** no matter if you have won 30 straight games...we will be in 3 rd place by next week
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 O's will sweep us. We've reverted back to 2013 Jays. Good things only last so long.
TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 The patience at the plate seems to have recently disappeared. Yep, swinging way to much at pitchers pitches, they are pressing.

Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 The worst thing is that you're going to hear them in an interview later on saying how they're just trying to do too much right now and all those cliche's. Confidence really is a fickle monster and right now he's in all their f***ing closets.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 First and Third. No Outs. 3,4 and 5 coming up. No f***ing runs. ********. I would have bet my house thats what would have happened....its homerun or nothing. Terrible terrible terrible approach

TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 S'up Mettalitard? Too easy......... What?
GoFlamesGo Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Well, so much for looking at being in the playoffs (only semi joking)
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 They go from world killers to a bunch of kittens overnight? A road trip is coming at the right time. Get away from home and switch things up a bit.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 The Blue Jays are wilting as the pressure mounts.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Look at these Twins. Doing anything and everything to score runs.
Iluvbjs Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 They are pressing at the plate, relax, hope it turns around. Saw this as far back as the Cards series, they have tightened up, hope they can handle pressure if they want to be in a penant race. yeah, even in the first game vs. the cards, they won 3-1 but stranded a boatload of runners and hit into that triple play. But they're too good to be held back for long. If I was facing them, I would just throw fastballs down the middle and curveballs in the dirt right now
wardhenke1 Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Gose, that's how you f***ing bunt. See that? On another note, f***.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 ..........and now, the BABIP hates us

Saw this as far back as the Cards series, they have tightened up, hope they can handle pressure if they want to be in a penant race. Not tightened up...people have figured us out...if we dont hit a homerun....we are the worst team in baseball Bet the twins know how to score a guy on third...u just hit the f***ing ball
Cooler Heads Prevail Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 The Jays are gonna enter the Baltimore series under pressure..doesn't bode well. Pressure is on Baltimore, their starting pitching is not reliable and if they lose 3/4 they drop way back in the race. Let's revisit this next week, I doubt that Baltimore has the talent to sweep us, we have our best starting pitching lined up too. Funny thing is when we played Oakland, one of the critics like you said "if we sweep Oakland I'll start to believe". Funny because they probably thought the chances of sweeping Oakland were zero, and the fact is the chance they'd believe in the Jays is neglible until the day they clinch a playoff spot. Face it, you'll always expect bad things. Embrace it and cheer for another team. I hear the Rays need some new fans.

Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Bye guys. It's over. Onto the Orioles, expecting a series loss.
wardhenke1 Verified Member Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 We called this guy up..... why exactly?
