f*** i'm 49 and if it was me, i'd try to catch it too

 

I'm 32 and I'm probably in the older half of this forum. It's just a young mans mentality. A ball comes at you it's only natural to try and catch it. If it's an adult, show no mercy, but not at a kid who doesn't know any better.

I don't disagree but it's the mentality of all of these parents in today's world whose kids can do no wrong and run around like bastards. Kids don't act like that (or not as bad) with some freaking proper parenting.

I'm not King (that's a good thing!), but I want to answer this as well. A+. From Hoffman to Pentecost to SRF to Wells, they've grabbed some incredible talent. Completely changes the farm system. Still a pitching heavy farm but you gotta think the farm is in the upper half of the league right now. That's at least 3 more top 100 prospects.

Since they can review that kind of s*** now it's not a big deal, just instinct to blast him still.

 

Replay fixes that s*** for sure. Now just need to work on the whole replay process to speed up the game.

The farm was already in the upper half, or at least emerging into it. This was a solid draft nonetheless and it will only get stronger. AA did well.

I agree. A+ if they get the top 3 signed, its exactly what I wanted (Hoffman + position player that can hit).

Honestly, I don't want to get too excited but Stroman and Happ could be at least as good, if not better than the average #4/5 starters.

 

Either could falter, but I sure like what I'm seeing.
