Seems like a "If you already bay cable/satellite companies for these channels, you can get a web account too..."
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 so right now I have a Rogers HD BOX and I have all these HD sportsnet channels from east to west, to sportsnet1. Am I included in this? I have zero clue.
Governator Community Moderator Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 If you have Rogers just login to rogers on demand and you can stream TSN, TSN2, Sportsnet Ontario, Sportsnet One. Easiest way to watch a jays game in HD if you're on the road or working while a game is on.
Governator Community Moderator Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 http://www.rogersondemand.com/Live/Sports?lang=en You just need to register, I did it so long ago I don't remember how. Maybe with your rogers account number or your rogers email.
flafson Verified Member Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 I have all these channels with Shaw, i guess i don't get it?
GoFlamesGo Verified Member Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 I too have shaw, do we get to use it, or is it only for basically Ontario.
flafson Verified Member Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 I too have shaw, do we get to use it, or is it only for basically Ontario. I have Shaw and live in Ontario. Looks like at least for now it's only for Rogers, maybe in the future others too.

However if online registration has not been done the individual will have to do that step as well. The individual can then log in to the following website with their email credentials (email address/password): http://now.sportsnet.ca/ http://www.rogersondemand.com/ondemand/channels/blue_jays_live http://www.rogersondemand.com/

Yea I never tried in the states, just at hotels and since my bedroom doesn't have the box, I don't get sportsnet One up there so I output the HD from the laptop.

ROD definitely only works from Canada (though a Canadian VPN should solve that problem.) I constantly have to turn Media Hint off, or I get the "not available from your location" errors.
wilko Old-Timey Member Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 If you have Telus Optik (West) you can watch live TV from your browser. https://onthego.telus.com/#!/livetv
