Who would you take for an SP- H2H Dynasty.

Pablo Lopez, Trevor Rogers, Frankie Montas? I would have chosen Lopez right off the bat, except for I am concerned about his rotator cuff.. Montas had a crap first half, great second half. Rogers was going great until his personal life/issues. I am leaning Rogers, but could use some feedback..

Thanks!

I'd take Rogers without question. All are great pitchers, but he's only 23 and he's projecting as well or better than Lopez and Montas (who I both really like). And Rogers issues are based on his parents getting COVID and both his grandfather's passing away. That shouldn't impact his performance going forward.

What's the other side to that trade? I'd go with Rogers, personally.

Danger has let my Bellinger for Alcantara straight trade sit on moth balls.

What’s the peanut gallery think? Belly only has to prob get to 3/5 Belly for it to be good IMO.

Plus Alcantara could get hurt and miss 2 years- pitchers

Bro, the whole f***ing concept of this thread is bouncing fantasy trade ideas. Trade the moonshine out for some brews

You're never doing that, though? All you try to do is shame, I'd laugh in your stupid 3 foot face if I was offered Belly for anything close to that, there's a reason it's sitting on moth balls, Bellinger's s***.

I may just hold him now to shove it up your ass when you’re wrong (again).

I think it's close. Bellinger's Steamer projection is still 247/346/511 coming off an abysmal season, and there are counting stats to be had in the Dodger lineup. What steamer doesn't know is how much the shoulder was responsible for his recent play, and whether it will get back to normal with more time.

Fun Sandy Alcantara fact: I once traded him straight up for Emilio Pagan in BORED. I am not a smart man.

Even Bellinger's approach is bad. I'd be scared if I owned any shares.

Yeah of course. I sold him a couple months ago in the only league I owned him in. I still see the upside in a 26-year old a couple years removed from an MVP season though.

Trading me Riley and a 1st for a guy that was out of baseball one year later? Lol

Nothing wrong with that trade at the time, how the hell would I know a pandemic scared Tanaka back home. Actually, that was a fine trade even in hindsight for both of us. I'm getting a good laugh reading your posts through this thread, idiot. :D

Bellinger is broken. He's as useful as a wheelbarrow with no tire.

Hitting version of Dontrelle Willis.

Hahaha... You even tried to get more...

You believe in Bellinger for Alcantara+?

Keibert Ruiz for Daniel Espino is:

- unreasonable offer in either direction

- one side more valuable, but not by a lot

- about even and a matter of of personal need/preference

???

Which one are you receiving? I assume Ruiz since I seem to recall you were looking for a catcher?

Posted

BA has Ruiz #13, Espino #89.

Espino has never pitched above A+ and likely won't hit MLB until late 2023 or 2024 (assuming no arm trouble), Ruiz is in MLB.

Espino is a pitcher.

lol, was trying to keep it objective. But yeah, I offered Espino for Ruiz and Jim got angry.

Lol at using BA’s list for fantasy purposes. You’d be better off using Fantrax’s actual prospect rankings for fantasy than BA’s.

For OBP leagues they have Espino over Ruiz.

lol, I didn't get angry, I made a tongue in cheek comment when rejecting the deal

Steamer projects 16 HR in 387 PA for Ruiz, 108 wRC+. I suspect he gets quite a bit more than 387 PA for the rebuilding Nats.

Espino has front line potential, but he's a few years away and pitcher risk.

Ruiz > Espino IMO

Even, personal preference. Id take Espino

Is Rodon worth giving up multiple picks and Pearson? Or is the injury risk too high, especially considering he didn't get a qualifying offer? After the season he had I'm guessing his medicals aren't good at all?
