Loup is better on a per-inning basis than Buehrle. Loup also isn't at fault for losing the lead. He got a ground ball, which is a good outcome.

In situations like this, I'd rather the manager bring in the reliever before there are RISP. I'd rather give the reliever a bit of wiggle room. Otherwise, I'd rather they let the starter face a guy like Sardinhas or whatever his name is.
