Yeah but we won't have a RHP specialist off the bench. Plus why make Sierra the backup 1B if we have Fransisco? Kratz/Sierra/Fransisco/Diaz won't be a bad bench vs. RHP

I meant drop Thole. Also Both EE and Francisco can play 3B (E5 mode lol) and JF can play LF too

EE should never f***ing play 3B again. Saying this is like saying Lind can play CF, because yes, technically he can do it, but really should he? NO!

32BB and 138k last year and under .300 OBP which is his career numbers. maybe KS can help him cut back on the Ks. He's got real power but isn't a viable player since he's only an option as LH DH if Lind drives off a cliff.

Thole's days should be numbered.... should be. I think the Dick pushed to have Thole back this year. it's time for AA to actually be in charge and explain to Dick that he needs better offense from his catcher if he's gonna be giving up a s*** load or runs all year.

With below average bats in the lineup like Goins and Diaz who both have very little pop, Francisco may actually come in handy coming off the bench as a power hitter against righties.

 

Imagine a game where the jays are down 2 in the 9th with 2 out and a man on first and goins comes up. I would much rather Francisco coming off the bench because he would atleast give us a chance at a HR.

I mashed with him in MLB 11 the Show. Also I remember one of his first homeruns in the mlb was like 450 ft. Serious pop, not a lot of range in the field.

I know! It's a frustrating as hell. Plus, I really like Kratz as a backup. If Thole has options, and I think he may have one or two left, get him out of dodge. I don't get it. At least in AAA he'd have more bats and be more ready.
