Better to leave with two stranded runners and one out than to keep going and perhaps allow a double. It wouldn't make much sense not leaving him in against two RHH (yes I know Zobrist was one of them) in normal circumstances.

 

meh i hate how gibbons always pulls starters with low pitch counts but W.E. Hopefully we win this one. So far liking the way this team is playing

I'm a socialist, but not a complete Marxist. you have to take care of people without developing a society of underachievers. almost all kids get higher educations. that in itself is a very good thing. it doesn't matter how poor or stupid your parents are you can get an education and better your chances to a good life.

I don't know. Must be some kind of optical illusion or something. Looked fair on the replays to me too, but they may have extra angles we don't.

Sweden has a had a hard time the last years in trying to balance the social net without taking help from those who actually need it. it's swung a little bit the wrong way but should right itself after the next election.

 

I'm with you on this. Iraq had the same aspect of allowing kids to have the highest education possible under the Saddam Era. Because of this, there was a lot of Iraqis getting hired for high engineering and doctorate positions in Britain and parts of Europe as well as having the best reputation in the Middle East, especially throughout the 80s. Too bad it's not the same anymore
