We're probably going to have comparable records. Taxes would be a bit lower it Baltimore... but come on. Baltimore is barely a step up from Detroit in terms of quality of life. Toronto is bumping during the summer. Easy choice.

I do tend to agree players shouldn't talk about team moves to the media even when they get baited and asked on such subjects. Their job is to play...I thought the date was earlier. If the Jays did make an offer, it most likely has an expiry that is def not 2 months. Could be 24hrs, could be 3-5days but obviously nothing too long.

No but the Jays have been trying to sign this mediocre pitcher for the last 2 months and he's been holding out all winter. It's getting ridiculous. This isn't Nolan Ryan, it's Ervin friggin' Santana, a number three pitcher when he's "on" and Ricky Romero when he's not.
