I'm okay with people posting a backup pick if they are not able to make a change when the official lineup comes out. It's not really unfair because they still only have one player. I'd just prefer those who know they will be on later, to wait and make their pick.

 

 

If my player gets pulled off the lineup just before the game starts (which does happen) and I don't have a back up then the people with a back up do have an advantage.

 

That's my point.

I'm not really seeing that much of an advantage because everyone has a chance to change their pick up till first pitch. Even when a player is scratched last minute, people still have a chance to change. Posting a backup just saves the person from racing to change their pick before the game. It's more of a pain that people post backup plans when they can just wait for the lineups and post one pick.

Thanks Dyan. I typically never put in a backup option, i only do if I'm taking a player who questionable to start which is rare. I'm almost never home before the game starts and i make my picks in the morning before i go to work.

 

I don't know why other people are complaining. lol. IF anyone should be complaining it's you...plus it's not like this is for money.
