The crime rate is hilariously low, there's limitless city life and culture, it's a top 5 media market on the continent, it's followed and exposed to a national fanbase, there's so much to like. People just don't want to take the initial plunge, but once they do, or in 95% cases are forced to by trade, players constantly rave about how much they love to play here.

So basically, most players are really dumb because their perceptions are shaped by the media (as if they've never been here before), but you on the other hand are so clever that you simply won't let those deceptions cloud your judgment, so instead you choose to believe what the players (who are still under contract with the club) say about the city to the media. Interesting!
