jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Yanks/Cards tied at 3. Claiborne blew Whitley's decent start, giving up 2 runs. It's been tied at 3 since.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Credit Mother Nature for helping the Red Sox making that comeback, since the Braves brought in Ian Thomas to serve up 2 runs. Doesn't make things better, though. Farrell has no idea whether Buchholz will make his next start, after he walked 8. Probably put him on the DL with some made up injury like "arm fatigue."

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Ryu is perfect through 6. No team in history has ever had back to back no hitters. Obviously you're not counting my MVP Baseball 2005 season on the easy difficulty...
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 To those people, including myself, who are going to see the Royals on Saturday, hoping to see young phenom Yordano Ventura, forget seeing him! Andy McCullough @McCulloughStar Yordano Ventura departs the mound midway through the third with a trainer. Uh oh. Apparently it's an arm injury.. do I sense ANOTHER TJS?
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Ryu is perfect through 6. No team in history has ever had back to back no hitters. Even more impressive is that he's out-duelling Johnny Cueto.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Ryu perfect through 7 Nice Dodgers pitching pretty good LOL
Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Even more impressive is that he's out-duelling Johnny Cueto. Lmfao.

Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Lmfao We both literally had the exact same reaction, at the exact same time.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 omg Update on Yordano Ventura: Jacob Huffman @itzHuff 4m When Yordano Ventura threw his last pitch. Salvador Perez motioned to Ned Yost and pointed at his Elbow. Can't throw fire with out an elbow. Andy McCullough @McCulloughStar 52s Yordano Ventura left with "lateral elbow discomfort." He will undergo an MRI tomorrow. Torn UCL I bet.

NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 --------- I hope Yordano is alright.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 This inning has felt forever, considering this is only the 6th batter.
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Lol he's wearing the jacket while on the bases
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Why does everyone seem surprised with the pitcher running with his jacket? They do it all the time.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 It's over folks. I blame it on King.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 well... lol. that's what you get for running around the base like a dork
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Brian Wilson's beard has officially gone from "hey, that's a sweet beard" to "that's a gross f***ing pile of pubic hair glued to your chin".
