Chappy Community Moderator Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Spanky is being blocked - this trolling is unacceptable. If he needs to reach me for trades (which is hardly ever), tell him to send me a PM on this board! Or if he ever got a cell phone, he could text me. How will you two plan your baseball trips without email or phone contact? This will devastate Spanky, quit being so selfish and continue to accept his emails.
Convo Verified Member Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Donaldson blocked the bag, springer had no chance to get to the bag cleanly. Yeah sorta, but he was out anyway IMO.

Will have to discuss the details at the next Jays game get together. Hopefully Spanky is sober, because last time he was in no condition to plan a trip with.

You need to introduce Spanky to the cell phone. Would make logistics much simpler. Is he aware of this technology?

kgm1 Verified Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Guys, I received a suspicious e-mail from Spanky on my both accounts, which I deleted right away. Looked like Spam to me with directions to this weird link. Don't open any e-mail that looks suspicious from Spanky. And Jay, check that out because you sent me two e-mail one to my GMAIL and YAHOO, so I'm assuming your e-mail is spamming. Frig , I already opened the frigging thing
DwightDM Verified Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 How about signing the recently released Steve Pearce. Not sexy obviously, but an ~.800 OPS vs lefties, might make a good minimal risk platoon with Lind on the cheap.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Tanaka having an off night 4BB and 1 HBP already in the 4th inning This is after 35K and 2BB through his first 4 starts - something that has only been done twice since 1900
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Tanaka is unimpressive when hitters lay off the split

What were the Yanks thinkin? I wonder who will finish with the better numbers - Darvish or Tanaka?
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Yeah, what a bust..... 5 IP 10 K 1 ER. What were the Yanks thinkin? I wonder who will finish with the better numbers - Darvish or Tanaka? Interesting debate. Though Darvish is the better pitcher.
Convo Verified Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Interesting debate. Though Darvish is the better pitcher. You may say that based on their peripherals from Japan but really you can't know that for sure.
Convo Verified Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Tanaka was pulled and Yanks tied it up in the 7th, meaing Tanaka will still be without a loss since the beginning of time.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Tanaka is ridiculously good. Early CY frontrunner. Tanaka split is sick..........Ala Santos/Gregerson Slider

admin Site Manager Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 Earlier in here I said I can't wait to see Texas' ERA with JPA catching and with out. With - 5.86ERA Without - 2.89ERA Texas already realizing how bad JPA is. Took our organization three full seasons.
admin Site Manager Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 Holy crap I didn't even know Cano went to Mariners. lol @ that offensive drop off.

Has any player had a worse 2 years than him in the history of baseball?

Has any player had a worse 2 years than him in the history of baseball? If you're looking at certain isolated stats, yeah he's been the worst. But overall I would find it hard to believe because his total bases would of been higher with the 21 HR and 18 2B.
