There is such a thing as too many McGowanesque players, then again Sierra is a mongoloid. Is it better to round out the league's worst bench with a player who is mentally or physically retarded?

What the f***s going on with Stephen Drew.

 

AA needs to just go get him. I would feel so different about this team with Drew over Goins.

 

Goins is just going to be a such a black hole, and the depth behind him is embarrassing.

The signing team would still forfeit a pick until the draft, and would not be able to extend Drew a QO at the end of the season.

A qualifying offer can't be offered when the player was acquired during the season. Unless of course the player signs for more than a year.

If he REALLY waited, until after the June MLB draft, then the signing team doesn't lose anything. Not that he's going to do that silliness.
