Hanson has dropped a bit according to kLaw, he won't mess em up. Just promote dog, lol.

Yeah but.............Gregory Polanco is a best, easy top-5 prospect.

DWL 5 games

Like I said.........also Bell might blossom this year, you can't tune him out.

Bell isn't big deal. A) Taillon, Polanco, B+) Glasnow, B) Hanson

Note: Austin Meadows out of the equation

Why is Meadows out of the equation? We might as well sell the farm in that case?

Meadows was drafted this year, he can't be traded until next july.

As long as he stays away from the Navy Seals regimen, lol. I remember when you drafted him, and asked about that, it was him and Taillon that hurt there ankles, lol.

btw The next jays 2B (Profar)

If AA was smart he would do Profar for Jose straight up. Knowing him he would ask for Profar, Yu Darvish and Holland for Bautista

You say that but if you are negotiating why would you not start over value. You have no bargaining power if you start with exactly what you want.

Im guessing when Texas is asking about Bautista, AA is going to be starting with profar and looking for a pitcher as well. Daniels isn't dumb enough to pull the trigger to receive an aging slugger for a stud young SS and pitcher though. My point was, if Profar for Bautista was the highest texas would ever go, AA should probably pull the trigger

AA

"Bautista and Arencibia combined can hit 65 dingers. If you want them both, then send me Profar, Yu and Alfaro/Odor"

Daniels

"WTF..........Are you in company of Mayor Ford?"

Niese + Puello + ??? for Bautista.

TDA + Synder + Beccerra for Dickey+.

Wow.

Dickey+?

The contract extension didn't have any kind of relationship with the trade.

one year Dickey for TDA + Synder + Beccerra

Thole AND nickeas, that's not +....that's ++.

Nickeas cannot count as a full plus. He's Mike f***ing Nickeas.

Jose + Dickey for John Buck, full circle.

then hire Cito and bench Arencibia.

at least half of that would be nice.

But He's CANADIAN!

Hi Jay Onrait!

I was kidding, it's actually more - -, but I guess that would be a + cause two negatives make a positive so in actuality I guess it's just s***.

5 tolls CF > Marisnick

I'm seeing him play in the DWL and the guy is damn good.

It really is astounding to see how easily you guys will get excited over players who clearly don't have the plate discipline or pitch recognition to become really good players. It's like seeing people get excited about Arencibia all over again.

That said, I don't think he likely has any more 8 WAR seasons left in him

Who cares, as per usual the "fan base" here undervalues our assets and overvalues others. For example, Kendrick is supposably worth Stroman + Janssen ++ ( he's not ), but Bautista is supposably only worth Profar ( he's got far higher market value as a name player with some excitement element and decent production every year ).

I beg you, tell us more about how Profar is a bust because he hit .220 as a 20 year old.

Stroman and Janssen is about what I would expect Kendrick to cost. A ~50th ranked prospect and the age-32 season of a reliever we can project at like $2 million in surplus value isn't all that valuable a package.

2.3 million to be exact but idk about Steamer's .7 fWAR projection.

Regarding Bautista to the Mets, unless we're getting Niese, Syndergaard and d'Arnaud there's nothing there of interest.

Zack Wheeler is of interest. Zack Wheeler is certainly of interest.

Well he basically traded that for a 40 yr old pitcher on a 1 year deal, so what do you expect he wants for Jose? There's a reason why there were a lot of reports about Texas wanting one of our sluggers and not being able to reach a deal.

Soo... Not Ike Davis?

Meh. Wheeler is a distant 4th behind the three I listed IMO.

Wheeler is that much behind Niese? Steamer has him at 1.6 fWAR next year, I know a lot of guys like him but does his contract really give him *that* much value that you'd take him so far over Wheeler?
