TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 I actually feel bad for JJ, he must be really frustrated, and prob embarassed, he has been just beyond bad the last few starts.
8D Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Let's go trout!!!! Inside the park HR!!!
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Gibby should make JJ keep pitching, who f***ing cares if he gives up 15 runs. Teach him a lesson. Lesson? Not like he's trying to suck... Gibby's not going to risk his rep anyways.
Howard Roark Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 3.61 xFIP and 6.31 ERA through 76 innings. This has to be one of the biggest discrepancies ever through 75 innings. =\ What the f*** is the BABIP against him this year, .750?! I mean, outlier season is outlier season and all, but holy s***.........
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 This chick is awesome. Moar of her tweets in the future, King. You call this little girl a chick? How old are you,12?
Save Dtieb Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 give johnson a 1 year, 1 mil deal.
OtisNixonFan Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 That's on the game calling and pitching coach, just saying as it doesn't matter JJ keeps missing his spots regardless. Juan Perez time! Love watching Perez on the hill. His delivery is like watching a train derail. Entetainment.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 cant pitch cant hit half of them cant run.... where are the positives?
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 That's on the game calling and pitching coach, just saying as it doesn't matter JJ keeps missing his spots regardless. Juan Perez time! Pitcher cannot shake off the catcher? JJ has been in MLB long enough to know not to pitch to the same location the right handed hitters..so he's dumb then?
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 You call this little girl a chick? How old are you,12? Um... people call girls chicks all the time, what's wrong with that?
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Gibby should make JJ keep pitching, who f***ing cares if he gives up 15 runs. Teach him a lesson. If he hasn't learned that lesson by now, he never will.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 cant pitch cant hit half of them cant run.... where are the positives? Rasmus and edwin.
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 give johnson a 1 year, 1 mil deal. I wouldn't take this bum back for free. Can't pitch at all, ESPECIALLY can't pitch in the AL East.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 I'd do it easily. I don't think there's any chance he accepts. So this is a new problem? Because he has almost 1000 career innings, and his ERA (3.37) is lower than his xFIP (3.57). I'm not going to pretend to know what his true talent level is this year, but 75 innings is not nearly enough to write someone off has a mentally-fragile xFIP-breaking headcase. Everyone loves DIPS until a player on their favourite MLB team or fantasy team has a high ERA. Holy f*** with these stats bro. Players regress prematurely sometimes, period. His only chance to salvage anything is back in the NL.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Rasmus and edwin. doesn't out weigh the rest of the s*** enough to make me happy... lol
8D Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 You call this little girl a chick? How old are you,12? chick, little girl, lady, female... same s***.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Nice Perez....Jays need to score at least 2 here...or i'm off to bed.
JaysFanToTheEnd Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 I'd rather have carly rae jepsen pitching than JJ.
8D Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 JJ looked teary eyed there. Is that why Gibbons was consoling him when he was on the bench? lol I actually kinda feel bad for him. He's just human afterall.

Save Dtieb Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 i wouldn't be surprised to see johnson on the dl after this game. let this guy stay in california for a couple weeks, please.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Well major changes are coming. Alex said it himself. I guess we have to suck it up for now. Literally. AA said major changes? Good it is needed, this team is horribly wrong. Dony know what it is but something is really off with this team, chemistry maybe?
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 It's called a game plan and hitting your spots. ANd I'm saying the gameplan is always idiotic....can you read? JJ is a vet enough to see this and adjust on the mound, but never does.
Save Dtieb Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 I couldn't have been the only one hoping all of the runners on base there would have scored? i was hoping for this as well. too bad perez is great.
Howard Roark Verified Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 Well major changes are coming. Alex said it himself. I guess we have to suck it up for now. Literally. Always wondered how that became a cliché in the first place..........in what possible context does somebody sucking something up equate to staying calm and collected? Such a weird phrase to convey something that seemingly could have no possible linkage. I mean, did a high school kid spill his orange juice on the floor after soccer practice, start crying his eyes out, and was yelled at by his coach to quit his whining and just suck it off the floor instead? =\

I do feel bad for him...they are people after all, he is not trying to suck, he looked really depressed when Gibbons came out.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 cant pitch cant hit half of them cant run.... where are the positives? Rasmus has shown tremendous improvement this year under Mottola, which sheds some light into next year.
